The winner of The Game World Championship is the person who has been winning The Game for the longest amount of time. In other words, the oldest person that has never lost The Game.

It should be noted that you must have never lost The Game to be a contender in The Game World Championship. For example, Bob was 120 years old when he first lost The Game. Fred, the next oldest person who has never lost The Game, is only 110 years old. It could be argued that Bob was winning for 120 years compared with Fred's 110. However, upon losing, Bob can no longer take part in The Game World Championship.

The Game World Championship assumes that a person starts playing The Game at birth.
